Your key responsibilities:
Define account objectives and commercial strategies to drive profitable sales growth, build successful client relationships, and negotiate favourable commercial terms
Anticipate client needs, lead proactive projects to generate new business opportunities, and partner with cross-functional teams to create holistic value propositions
Build and monitor account sales budgets, identify gaps and opportunities in client portfolios, and manage product life cycles and supply chain efficiency for high service levels
Develop and execute a strategic vision for business growth by identifying opportunities, leading client relationships, negotiating contracts, overseeing the value chain, and driving innovation to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize value
Lead all commercial activities and strategic planning, manage budget and expenses, seek continuous improvement opportunities, ensure compliance with sales and pricing practices, and contribute to the local management team

You bring:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent (business administration, economics, marketing or science)
Minimum of 5-7 years of flavor/fragrance/ingredient sales experience, sales/marketing experience in FMCG
Ability to drive for results, with a competitive mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated team player who has leadership skills and persistence
Computer literacy - fluent in English and local language
