Job Title: Clean Room Technician

Job Description

We are looking for skilled assemblers who can work with small, precise parts using tweezers. The role involves operating machines by placing parts in jigs, aligning them on a computer, and initiating the process. Additionally, candidates will conduct quality checks using a microscope or magnifying glass, making an electronics assembly preferable. There is potential for training in clean room operations or laser etching.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality checks using a microscope or magnifying glass.

  • Possibly train to work in the clean room or run a laser etching machine.

  • Take detailed notes daily on the positions being learned.

Essential Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on assembly or quality inspection experience.

  • Experience with small parts, soldering, and electronics assembly.

  • Good attitude and eagerness to learn.

Work Environment

Candidates can wear jeans and a polo or nice t-shirt. Safety goggles are provided, but steel toe boots are not required. Those working in the clean room will need to suit up daily. We offer three shifts: 1st shift (6:30am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday), 2nd shift (2:30pm – 10:30pm, Monday to Friday), and 3rd shift (10:30pm – 6:30am, starting Sunday night). During the contract, you will work 40 hours a week with the option for overtime once hired on.
