Description We are in search of a skilled Applications Architect to join our team based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building solutions that meet the technology needs of HR, serving as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow related matters, and defining and guiding the execution of our technical governance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR IT Business Partners and ServiceNow SMEs, to design and build solutions that meet or exceed the technology needs of HR

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all ServiceNow related matters

• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow HR product/module, ensuring it supports current and future business needs

• Architect HR related business processes in ServiceNow leveraging out of the box capabilities and best practices

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations

• Provide consultative technical leadership to the HRSD business analysts and development teams

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the HRSD product/module

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HRSD regression and integration testing

• Provide strategic recommendations around technical best practices and industry trends

• Proficiency in scripting languages JavaScript, PowerShell, and API integrations within the ServiceNow platform

• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment. Requirements • Demonstrable expertise in applications architecture

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in HR Administration functions

• Strong design skills and familiarity with tools like 'About Time'

• Experience in workstation support and troubleshooting

• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the IT field

• Proficiency in JavaScript

• Familiarity with financial notes and Agile Scrum methodologies

• Experience in managing stakeholders and suppliers

• Knowledge of industry best practices

• Ability to ensure compliance with company and industry standards

• Experience in module development and resolving technical issues

• Willingness to work onsite when required

• Understanding of business process functions

• Proficiency in Go programming language

• Experience in working with business partners

• Expertise in API development

• Skills in regression analysis
