Description
We are seeking a skilled Fiber Install Technician to join our team in Kingman, AZ. As a Fiber Install Technician I, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining fiber optic cables to ensure efficient and reliable communication network systems. You will work closely with our team of technicians and engineers to ensure that our clients\' networking requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Install, terminate, and splice fiber optic cables in accordance with industry standards and specifications.
- Perform fiber optic cable testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any connectivity or signal issues.
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries during installation or maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all installation and maintenance activities, including cable locations and test results through construction management software. Ex. Vitruvi
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute fiber optic projects within established timelines and budgets.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills.
