Job Title: Aircraft Technician
Job Description
The Aircraft Technician will be tasked with performing heavy maintenance (C & D checks, calendar checks) for ATR-72, ATR-42 and Cessna Caravan aircraft. They will also be responsible for heavy maintenance on ERJ 145 aircraft. Typical duties will include working on flight controls, tearing out and reinstalling interior components, performing corrosion control, removing and replacing landing gear, performing minor electrical work, removing and replacing engines, and performing minor structural repairs.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in KINSTON, North Carolina.
Work Environment
The work environment is a large hangar at the Kinston Regional Jetport that can hold up to 4 ATR. Typically the crew of 33 mechanics only works on 2-3 at a time. The schedule is 1st Shift 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Sunday – Wednesday OR 1st Shift 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Wednesday – Saturday.
