Werkstudent (m/w/d) Global Human Resources

Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei alltäglichen Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei HR-Projekten

• Eigenständige Mitarbeit im Bewerbermanagement

• Eigenständige Verwaltung der Werkstudenten und Praktikanten von Eintritt bis Austritt

• Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen, Arbeitszeugnissen und Bescheinigungen

• Pflege der Personalstammdaten und -akten

Ihr Profil

• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und schnelle Auffassungsgabe

• Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Human Resources Management oder Ähnliches

• Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse

• Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch sowie Englisch

• Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Human Resources Bereich
