WorkSource Oregon Operations Project Management Analyst in KLAMATH FALLS, Oregon

Required: * Bachelor\'s degree from four-year college or university in a related field & 1-3 years related experience & /or training; OR equivalent combination of education & experience * Computer skills, highly skilled & practiced in MS Office Suite * Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation * Displays excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion & negotiation skills required in working with members & coworkers, including communicate effectively & remain calm & courteous under pressure Summary: This position is responsible for gathering & analyzing data related to all aspects of project life cycles. This position works closely with team members across multiple functional areas of the organization & is responsible for team collaboration & escalation when necessary. This position also develops & maintains project documents & creates reports to track & share project progress. This position aids in creating project strategies & project plans to keep projects on schedule & within scope. Essential Duties: 1. Assists with overall planning & management of projects to include but not limited to new vendor implementation, software & technology upgrades, continuous improvement & compliance projects 2. Gathers & analyzes information for project development & project documentation 3. Assists in developing project strategies, plans & schedules 4. Develops & maintains project documents, tracks project progress & assists with project reporting to include but not limited to project scope, charter & plan build, risk mitigation log, change management plan & resource management plan Duties Include: * Assists in the definition of project scope & objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders & ensuring technical feasibility * Utilizes industry best practices, techniques & standards throughout the entire project execution * Tracks & measures project performance utilizing available systems, tools & techniques & reports & escalates to management as necessary * Communicates project information with Operations Project Manager, project teams & stakeholders * Collaborates with cross-functional team members & technical subject matter experts & communicates team notifications of assignments * Researches & understands state & federal requirements for Coordinated Care Organizations (CCO) & the organization\'s cross-functional department responsibilities to comply with those guidelines & requirements * Researches & collects information including but not limited to project demonstrations, program capabilities, interoperability options, quotes, for developing new ideas & projects for innovation, performance improvement, increased efficiencies & enhanced user, member & provider experience * Coordinates with third parties & vendors when necessary to execute projects * Documents project dashboard metrics & key performance indicators * Maintains confidentiality & complies with HIPAA rules & regulations * Maintains punctual, regular & predictable attendance
