Adecco US, Inc. Engineering Manager, Product Reliability (Nashville) in Knoxville, Tennessee
Adecco Search has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a Product Reliability Manage r to join their Product Development Center in Nashville, TN. (Full Relocation Provided)
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Managing reliability activities for a designated project within product development.
Identifying projects and defining scope and requirements, including project budgets, resources, and timelines.
Developing and leading reliability test plans & FMEA.
Analyzing warranty data and providing insight and guidance to engineering teams.
Collaborating across departments on field issues, and communicating technical issues to internal stakeholders.
Providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to 2-5 direct reports.
Completing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant engineering field.
Minimum of 4 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools, Solidworks, MATLAB, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Our client offers:
Annual base salary in the $120,000-130,000 range

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
