Description | Quality Technician:
Maintain the GMP environment, perform quality control checks, troubleshoot issues, and monitor manufacturing processes to ensure high quality and efficient production.
Operate inspection and clearance of incoming raw material and the production of customized electrolyte formulations using diverse methods tailored to customer requirements.
Maintain precise inventory of raw materials, lithium-ion battery electrolytes, and production support supplies.
Work alongside chemists, production, and other departments to guarantee the operational efficiency.
Collaborate with chemists, engineers, and other departments to address product-related quality concerns and maintain high standards.
Provide comprehensive support across all facets of the production process.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections of production processes, raw materials, and finished products to identify any deviations or defects.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop and execute quality control plans.
Monitor and document process parameters, product specifications, and test results.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for any quality-related issues.
Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant quality standards.
Assist in the development and validation of analytical methods for quality testing.
Provide input for continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and process efficiency.
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma Required
-2+ Years of GMP Experience Required
-1+ Years of quality/laboratory experience
-Chemical Manufacturing Experience Preferred
Plus:
-Bilingual in Korean
