WorkSource Oregon Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Occupancy Specialist in La Grande, Oregon
Provide operational support to Housing Choice voucher program by assisting in delivery of program services. JOB DUTIES: * Processing applications, * Waiting list management, * Processing portability actions * Processing new and mover intake actions, * Assure compliance in all assisted housing-related functions in accordance with Federal, State and Housing Authority guidelines. * Communication with participating property owners and management companies in regard to program guidelines and rent negotiations. Assigned Caseload: All HCV (except units being filled with a voucher by Owned and Managed Occupancy Specialist. O& M will work up the HCV file)
