POSITION: Nutrition Services Supervisor - Nutrition Services
DUTIES: Assures accurate patient tray assembly and delivery. Applies knowledge of nutrition to accurately write diet and nourishment orders. Assists in hiring, training, and evaluation of associates. Maintains accurate records for tray service Prepare, season, cook and serve all food for assigned meal according to portion control standards and recipes. Taste and smell prepared food to determine quality and palatability. Responsible for seeing that all policies and procedures are followed correctly by staff. Assures that food is stored, prepared and served under safe, sanitary conditions. Assist with preparation, service, and cleaning according to department need, to assure efficient operation. Other duties may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) Preferred to be a Certified Food Protection Professional One to three months related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience. One year of cooking experience required One year of supervisory experience required.

WAGE: $17.71 - $26.56 per/hour
