Adecco US, Inc. Warehouse Associate in Lacey, Washington

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Lacey, WA

Type: Short-term Temporary

Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Overview: The Warehouse Associate will handle receiving, stock keeping, picking, packing, and shipping activities. Additional responsibilities include counter sales, housekeeping, and quality assurance tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming shipments.

  • Verify purchased products and enter order receipts into the computer system.

  • Perform quality assurance inspections.

  • Place received materials into proper storage locations.

  • Pull, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment.

  • Prepare bills of lading and express receipts.

  • Assist in loading trucks.

  • Prepare local delivery records and complete pick tickets.

  • Maintain forms pending return of material.

  • Inspect returned material and complete return authorization forms.

  • Pull stock and return it to the correct location.

  • Clean warehouse and trucking/parking area.

  • Assemble and disassemble bins, racks, shelves, and tables.

  • Administer preventative maintenance programs for delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment.

  • Record and process customer complaints.

  • Maintain counter stock.

  • Assist with over-the-counter sales.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Degree or Equivalent

  • Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Physically strenuous work; lifting packages up to 50 pounds.

  • Use of hand tools required.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
