Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Lacey, WA
Type: Short-term Temporary
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Overview: The Warehouse Associate will handle receiving, stock keeping, picking, packing, and shipping activities. Additional responsibilities include counter sales, housekeeping, and quality assurance tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
Handle incoming shipments.
Verify purchased products and enter order receipts into the computer system.
Perform quality assurance inspections.
Place received materials into proper storage locations.
Pull, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment.
Prepare bills of lading and express receipts.
Assist in loading trucks.
Prepare local delivery records and complete pick tickets.
Maintain forms pending return of material.
Inspect returned material and complete return authorization forms.
Pull stock and return it to the correct location.
Clean warehouse and trucking/parking area.
Assemble and disassemble bins, racks, shelves, and tables.
Administer preventative maintenance programs for delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment.
Record and process customer complaints.
Maintain counter stock.
Assist with over-the-counter sales.
Job Requirements:
High School Degree or Equivalent
Basic computer skills
Physical Requirements:
Physically strenuous work; lifting packages up to 50 pounds.
Use of hand tools required.
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
