Job Title: Civil Project Manager

Job Description

Oversee all aspects of civil construction projects from inception to completion. As a Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. You will develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance is crucial. You will also liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities to ensure project requirements are met and identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and conflicts. The role requires creating a collaborative and positive work environment to maximize team performance and morale.

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position that requires travel.

Work Environment

Currently finishing up a project at a Hyundai plant in Ellabell, GA, set to wrap up in September. The next project will be located somewhere in the Southeast, requiring travel and on-site presence for the duration of approximately 6-8 months.
