The Coca-Cola Company Senior Franchise Operations Director in Lahore, Pakistan

Job Summary:

Lead to strategically and operationally optimize the opportunity for profitable volume growth of Coca-Cola Brands, through exceptional in-outlet execution, customer relations and RTM solutions in partnership with Coca-Cola Bottling Company.

Ensure that the Bottler and Bottler-extension have commercial plans developed, planned, and executed to deliver the total volume targets for the Coca-Cola System. This role will also support franchise operations in building a strong network and a sense of community by providing extended Customer & Commercial Leadership consultation and influence.

What you will do for us:

1- Establish a clear destination and business strategy for commercial leadership through exceptional strategic planning based upon consumer and business insights - operationalize brand plans, activating new product launches, channel marketing plans and initiatives, brand/price/package strategy and in-store equipment guidance and activation strategy.

2- L ead in-market execution capability enhancement plans ensuring that we have flawless execution of consumer preferred, customer led, sustainable and profitable propositions.

3- L ead the operational integration of strategic recommendations - build and improve relationships with bottler through integration of in outlet activation and investments with the bottler sales function.

4-Manage, inspire and develop a team of talented commercial leaders and build relationships across the Region team for functional support - Marketing, Finance, Technical, and Public Affairs & Communication.

5-Define Commercial Productivity plans for Franchise - short and long range; Define business metric; oversee plan implementation; track & steward performance; define course correction plans. Clearly assess and steward productivity performance across key area - guide/influence CCB ATL DME investment (ROI), Capex, Sales productivity tools, non-working/working ratios overall and across key areas and charter roadmaps of improvement.

6-Manage effectiveness and efficiency of System Commercial investment and operating expense resources:

Solves problems involving difficult relationships, multiple variables and high risk associated with customers / channels / bottling partner Provide commercial expertise in recommending organizational or operational direction and priorities in response to the external market situation.

Experience & Role Requirements:

  • 12+ years of leadership experience in Customer and Commercial with strong skills in across Commercial and Channel pillars

  • Proven strategic and analytical skills as well as outstanding interpersonal, communication abilities

  • Ability to make things happen and consistently deliver results

  • Desirable to have candidates with Bottler and/or Customer experience

  • Bachelors in business administration/master's is an added advantage
