FirstService Residential Front Desk Attendant in Lake Barrington, Illinois
Job Overview:
As a Front Desk Attendant you will meet and greet residents and provides guidance and assistance to meet the needs of residents and guests as well as light administrative work.This position ispart-timeand requires evenings and weekends.A job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to apply
Your Responsibilities:
- Greet and open the doors (when applicable) for residents and guests.
- Respond to all requests in a courteous, professional manneralways
- Answer the reception phone and respond to inquiries.
- Provideadministrative support (copying, filing, typing, etc.).
- Exhibita positive and professional attitude. Be kind and helpful to everyone.
- Take resident requests for maintenance services andforwardthemto management.
- Prevent unauthorized written and verbal solicitations throughout the building.
- Maintaina clean and pleasant environment.
- Secure all packages, deliveries, and otherappropriate itemsata designated area.
- Loginall contractors. Notify Public Works Director of any contractors orrepairmenin the building. +
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
- Two (2) years of customer service experience preferred.
- Demonstratesworking knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skillsrequired
Compensation :
$15.00perhour
