Robert Half Application Support Specialist in Lake Forest, California
Description We are offering an opportunity for a detailed-oriented and experienced ERP Integration Manager to join our team in the construction and contractor industry, based in Lake Forest, California. The role involves managing the integration of our ERP, specifically Viewpoint Vista, with other systems and processes. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of payroll on a weekly basis and providing application support as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the integration of Viewpoint Vista ERP with other systems and processes
• Oversee the weekly processing of payroll using the ERP
• Provide application support for the ERP, ensuring it functions optimally and meets the needs of the team
• Leverage skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, and CRM to improve processes and system functionality
• Utilize knowledge in Database and EO/IR systems to maintain and enhance the ERP system
• Apply AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies to improve system efficiency and user experience
• Understand and utilize Business Process Functions to align ERP system with business goals
• Manage the Configuration of the ERP system, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization
• Provide Consulting services to team members, helping them understand and use the ERP system effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies
• Knowledge and experience in Cloud Technologies
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Hands-on experience with Database management
• Understanding of EO/IR systems
• Experience in AB Testing
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology
• Understanding of Business Process Functions
• Knowledge of Configuration Management
• Previous experience in a Consulting role
• Proficiency in Viewpoint Vista software
• Experience in the Construction/Contractor industry
