Springer Peterson Roofing and Sheet Metal is a roofing and sheet metal contractor serving central Florida for over 40 years. We do high quality, cost effective, commercial, industrial retail and residential roofing systems.

If so, we have the job for you! We are looking for a Service Foreman to work in the Lakeland/Central Florida area.

Job Duties:

• Project Management - completes all assigned service projects within or below man hour and material quantities estimate
• Planning - Analyze and follow specifications, drawing and materials pertaining to job
• Customer Relations - Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills
• Use and Maintenance of Equipment - Ensures all tools and equipment are used, maintained and secured properly at all times
• Teamwork - Ability to work well and guide others
• Install, repair and replace roofing systems including shingle and other roofing material.
• Will work on flat and sloped roofs.
• Will be using hand tools and power tools.
• Will be working outside in high heat.
• May work 10 to 12 hour days Monday through Friday and possible weekends

Requirements:

• Ability to work legally in the state of Florida
• Have a valid driver's license if operating company vehicle or state ID
• Employer conducts Screening. Must be able to pass a drug screen
• 1 year of roofing experience required
• Must be able to speak and understand English
• Good driving record preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
