REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 09/01/2024-12/15/2024. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 7 hours per day, Sat, 5 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, drug screen, and Driver requirements.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Workers will operate tractors, sprayers, combines, harvesters and ground carts. Workers will plant, pull weeds and harvest by hand in areas machines cannot reach, maintain and service equipment and farm buildings. Workers will drive semi trucks to transport harvest and must possess a CDL or have valid drivers license and be eligible for a CDL. Workers will also be required to take a post hire drug test that is at the expense of the employer to ensure the safety of the workers and other employees. Must have 3 months verifiable experience with a 400 hp tractor and other heavy farm equipment operation.
