Description:Martin/Martin, Inc., a civil and structural engineering firm, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant I. The ideal candidate must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment. The ability to provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients, multi-task, and attention to detail is required. The position must be able to work each day as a team player with other administrative assistants and engineering staff. The ability to work overtime, as needed, and dress professionally is required for this position.

Examples Of Responsibilities * Greet clients, business partners, and job candidates * Direct calls on a multi-line switchboard * Assist in meeting set-up including scheduling, setting up, and cleaning up * Order food for meetings and office events * Register employees for classes/seminars and track attendance * Complete purchases on behalf of the company * Word Processing duties (proposals, letters, comment and responses, specifications, meeting notes, etc.) * Process Project Setup Forms (PSFs) * Book travel arrangements * Assist in meeting preparation and clean-up * Ability to cover Front Desk duties (phones, scheduling meetings, coordinating Clients) * Must possess intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Requirements:Required Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Ability to receive notary certification within the first three months of employment * Excellent customer service skills * Collaborates effectively with others * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook * Able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment * Detail-oriented Desired Qualifications: * Secondary education (associate's or bachelor's degree) * 2-3 years' experience in related field
