Your Role:
As an HCM SE, you will bring your energy and passion to deliver presales functional support for a dynamic HCM/Payroll cloud solution as a strategic partner of your aligned industry sales teams in the West Enterprise sales regions.
You will uncover critical business challenges and demonstrate technical solutions that solve them, painting a vision for audiences from CHROs to end users. You’ll partner with Sales to inspire changes that help HR Professionals achieve best-in-class results for their organization, workforce and HR function.
You will collaborate with interdepartmental teams to continuously define standard methodologies for demonstrations and driven positioning.

What you will do:
Master the Oracle HCM solution, particularly as it relates to Healthcare or Higher Education.
Master and share the “why Oracle story” that represents the value we provide to customers with our unified, multi-pillar offerings and driven differentiation including our unified Oracle Health messaging
Establish relationships with key partners as you uncover their business goals and challenges.
Design and demonstrate technical solution flows that demonstrate the “Art of the Possible”, modern standard methodologies, and the power of Oracle HCM to address those goals and challenges, specific to the Higher Education or Healthcare industry.
Collaborate on complex sales cycles, using the support and strengths of key internal partners (Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Solution Services, and the HCM Transformation to name a few).
Travel as the need arises.
About your background and qualifications:
You have a strong background in enterprise business applications, with expertise in HCM related technologies a plus. Areas of focus could include Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Time and Labor, and Payroll.
You have industry expertise and domain knowledge in healthcare or higher education.
You thrive crafting and delivering presentations to groups of diverse responsibility in a variety of settings.
You demonstrate sound independent judgment, initiative, collaboration and leadership.
You exhibit outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Your work experience has a consistent record of success in a pre-sales, sales, product management, practitioner or consulting role, solving problems and generating positive customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $30.29 to $76.49 per hour; from $63,000 to $159,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
