Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role primarily falls within the accounting industry where the successful candidate will be tasked with handling customer billing, accounts payable, assisting with payroll and maintaining accurate records. A significant part of the job will also involve processing vendor invoices for payment and completing a three-way match to the supporting documents and purchase order.
Responsibilities:
• Receive invoices via mail and from the Office Manager
• Check and compare pricing and quantities of invoices to purchase orders
• Distribute invoices to the appropriate project manager for review and approval
• Reach out to vendors for invoices and field tickets that have not been received
• Organize and match receivers to invoices
• Process payroll on a weekly basis
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks
• Execute data entry tasks and process invoices efficiently
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Dynamics NAV for various tasks
• Manage billing processes and handle payroll duties.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounting Clerk role or similar position.
• Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
• Experience in Billing and Invoice Processing is required.
• Must have strong data entry skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Experience with Dynamics NAV is desirable.
• Familiarity with Payroll processes is a plus.
