We're seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Lead. The role involves processing, tracking, and recording payments accurately, efficiently, and promptly. This position demands a high level of AP expertise, and experience processing a high-volume of invoices. It's a full-time, in-office role, from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities
Manages full-cycle accounts payable, including receiving, processing, and verifying the invoices
Reconciles processed invoices to ensure the accuracy of budget codes and input values.
Accurately cut, route, and mail check payments
Follow up with vendors for proper insurance, lien releases, waiver, etc
Validate foreign currency invoices and exchange/conversion rates
Skills
Accounts Payable (3 years of experience is preferred)
Expense Reports (3 years of experience is preferred)
Account Reconciliation (1 year of experience is required)
Month-End Close (3 years of experience is required)
