Robert Half Call Center Specialist - Bilingual French in Las Vegas, Nevada

Description

Our client, in the equipment manufacturing industry, located in Las Vegas, Nevada, is offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Bilingual French/English Call Center Specialist. This can be a remote position or work out of the Las Vegas, NV location. This role is critical in handling incoming calls, providing high-quality customer service, and resolving potentially complex issues. The specialist will be working with a diverse product line, particularly our alternative power products like generators.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls from French-speaking clients in a fast-paced environment

  • Provide accurate general information and assistance to customers

  • Swiftly problem-solve and provide resolutions to potentially complex issues

  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and insights to enhance service delivery

  • Remain calm and focused in high-stress situations, ensuring excellent customer service

  • Deploy conflict resolution strategies to diffuse difficult calls quickly

  • Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with our clients

  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

  • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain accurate customer credit records.

    Requirements

  • Must be Bilingual French/English

  • Proven experience in a call center, with a focus on customer service.

  • Familiarity with call center metrics and operations.

  • Experience in high volume, fast paced call center environments.

  • Ability to handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally.

  • Previous experience in call centers is advantageous.

  • Strong skills in conflict resolution and customer service.

  • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer service issues effectively.

  • Superior customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in computer applications relevant to call center operations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends, and during holidays if required.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good understanding of the machinery and manufacturing industry is a plus.
