ARSIEM is looking for a Python Software Engineer. This position will support one of our government clients in Laurel, MD.

Responsibilities

• Perfomr full-stack software development.

• Manage the existing products, making enhancements or repairs as needed.

• Support missions throughout the world covering a variety of subjects.

• Work in a highly collaborative, integrated environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience.

• An Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 9 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience related to the position.

• Computer Science (CS) degree or related field

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

• Strong Python/object-oriented skills, developing software in a Linux environment

• Experience in full stack development, web frameworks, Javascript, NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience utilizing/developing with Splunk

• Cybersecurity background/experience

• Experience utilizing java script/angular or similar

• Scripting (Perl, Bash) experience

• Experience utilizing machine learning techniques

• Full stack development

• Must be able to work in a team environment

• Experience working with Enterprise Data services ​

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
