Black Box Network Services SAP EWM Trainer (Onsite) in Lawrence, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 3989 Purpose of Job: Provides hands-on training in core SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) processes to Warehousing, Distribution/Logistics, and Sales/Customer Service teams.  Helps system users learn how to conduct needed transactions efficiently and correctly.  Seeks ways to optimize business and system processes and workflows to align with EWM methodologies and best practices.  Teaches troubleshooting and error correction techniques.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities Provides hands-on training in core SAP EWM processes to various departments and stakeholder teams.  These processes include, but are not limited to, warehouse configuration, putaway, picking strategies, cycle counts, wave picking, and storage unit management. Helps system users learn how to conduct needed transactions efficiently and correctly. Seeks ways to optimize business and system processes and workflows to align with EWM methodologies and best practices. Teaches troubleshooting and error correction techniques. Interacts with Black Box IT team members and SAP consultants to execute business requirements properly. May Interact with customer contacts, business partners, and internal staff to facilitate the system improvements and related learning activities. Provide excellent customer service to our internal stakeholders and external customers.

Education/Experience Requirements Must have experience in providing training for warehouse system applications, including SAP S/4HANA EWM (Extended Warehouse Management). Experience with SAP Inventory Management (IM) and inventory best practices. Experience with Transportation Management Software Integration (Elemica specifically, or general knowledge). Experience with Microsoft Excel. Deep knowledge of system and related best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to train users on day-to-day activities. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Able to multi-task and resolve difficult situations. High School Diploma, or equivalent 3 years of Warehouse/inventory experience 2 years of training or system administration experience System/application experience as noted above.
