Gier Oil Company, Inc. Maintenance Worker in Lebanon, Missouri
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and machinery. - Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. - Utilize technical skills to maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
-Repair broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore use of water fixtures.
-Maintain the buildings HVAC equipment in order to climate control functioning properly, including, changing filters, basic maintenance.
-Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
-Schedule is 7am-4pm Mon-Fri, on call for emergencies on the weekends.
Skills: - Strong knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions. - Experience with logic controllers and other automated systems. -Motivated, self starter who can plan each day ahead and take on what needs to be done.
-Excellent time management skills.
-Ability to work well on their own. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach. - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. -Tech savvy, mechanically inclined or able to figure out to fix things on their own. - Exceptional customer service skills.
-Must be centrally located in Missouri as you will be traveling to each store location.
-Must have Class E license and good driving record.
-Previous experience is a must.
