Dartmouth Health Physician(FT) - Nocturnist Hospital Medicine Keene in Lebanon, New Hampshire

Overview

The Cheshire Medical Center’s Department of Hospital Medicine is a collaborative group of 14 physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers. This Section offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Physician to join its group. Hospital Medicine experience is a bonus, and experienced non-hospitalists are encouraged to apply!

The MD will be dedicated to inpatient care on the Hospital Medicine Inpatient Service, which is comprised of medical patients in general medical, stepdown and Intensive care units. As such, the MD will have a strong interest in working in a hospital environment with complex and acutely ill medical patients, will round with the Hospital Medicine Team, and will facilitate admissions in the evening. The position will provide cross-coverage for hospitalist patients including performing clinical assessments and formulating diagnostic and therapeutic treatment plans as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Be a team-oriented multi-tasker with a great willingness to learn.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Required Licensure/Certification Skills:

  • Eligible for licensure in the State of New Hampshire.

  • Eligible for Federal DEA Registration.

  • Area of Interest:Physician;
