As a QUALITY SPECIALIST, your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysis of customer complaints/internal rejections.

  • Root cause analysis of incidents.

  • Definition and monitoring of action plans to reduce detected incidents.

  • Determination of potentially affected population and definition of solution to be implemented.

  • Monitoring and conducting process and product audits:

  • Inspecting processes or products according to quality and safety standards.

  • Develop and maintain inspection reports.

  • Collating test data and drafting quality reports.

  • Analysis of incidents detected in audits. Action plan definition and monitoring.

  • Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.

  • Internal calibration of equipment, tools, and fixtures according to the defined calibration plan. Record keeping, updating internal documentation.

  • Quality process certification:

  • Measurement and monitoring of key indicators (critical dimensions) in production lines.

  • Process improvement and implementation in the factory.

  • Conducting audits of key indicators (critical dimensions) of manufacturing processes.

  • Reporting of critical dimensions status.

  • Review and update of Quality Procedures and Standards.

  • Definition, review, and monitoring of Manufacturing Process Control Plans. Conducting PFMEA for manufacturing processes.

  • Traceability of Safety components. Audits and monitoring of established processes. Identification of new components to be traced.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Education: University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or similar).

  • Languages: Fluent spoken and written English, level C1 or equivalent.

  • Experience: Experience of 1-2 years in a similar position will be valued.

  • Skills:

  • Ability to work autonomously.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical information.

  • Advanced organizational skills.

  • Good level of MS Office; high level of MS Excel.
