Currently we are looking for a Financial Manager to take over the financial management for one of our largest site- the AA Poland production Facility.
The job holder will ensure quality reporting and analysis of financial and operating trends to enhance effective decision making by the management. The job holder will be an important member of the management team, responsible for day to day financial management and financial analysis operations, controlling, ad hoc reporting with a focus on continuous improvement and business support.
Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to EEM Regional CFO, the job holder will manage and control overall financial reporting operations, provide day to day support to the business and look onto the financial performance of the company. The job holder will provide analysis of Key Performance Indicators to support business development, he/she will act as gatekeeper for compliance and financial accuracy and well as focus on continuous improvement of financial processes.
Principal Responsibilities:
To be a true business partner to the Poland Manufacturing MD
To manage financial matters of the manufacturing company, to communicate risks in a timely manner to upper management and propose solution to observed risk
To prepare or supervise the preparation of the budgets, forecasts and reporting packages in line with the company’s rule and within the deadlines
To oversee short and long-term pricing and costs management in alignment with regional strategic plans
To ensure quality and in time reporting and analysis of financial and operational trends, provide regular analysis of KPI´s and initiate improvement processes both on finance and operational matters
To maintain a high standard of reporting and integrity of the BS and IS accounts, following all IFRS, ASSA ABLOY accounting manual rules and statutory rules
To analyze and the monitor investment process, supervising the Payback time, cash flow impact, capitalization process , CIP aging as well as to approve the CAPEX
To drive cash flow and debt management together with optimization of working capital with a specific focus on inventory, having as strong support the Head of Accounting
Strong cost control focus via analysis of daily/weekly and monthly results(PL and BS)
Preparing presentations and data for business reviews and management operational reviews
Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis
Support the Head of Accounting in Year end Audit internal audit for own entity/May participate in further audits in the group
Other projects and ah-hoc requests in own area of expertise
Works in close cooperation with the accounting department, may supervise accounting projects as well as accounting activities as needed
May supervise audit exercises as well as represent the company in the face of auditors and external finance authorities.
Education, Work Experience and Personal Qualities
University degree with the specialization to finance
Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience
Strong Knowledge of controlling , preferable in prior experience in matrix environment in other international companies
Knowledge of accounting and Income tax law, local and IFRS
Advanced user of office suite with focus on PowerPoint, Excel, HFM. Max ERP is an advantage
Accurate, flexible, communicative, ability to work independently as well as in team
Very good English skills written and verbal
Leadership skills with an walk the talk attitude
