Support in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of specific projects as directed by manager

Implement Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) projects and ensure seamless and efficient electronic communication between the organization and its customers/partners.

Support conversion of the CRM system to Salesforce including training and reporting to corporate

Support in the development and implementation of PowerBI dashboards to present appropriate KPI's and other relevant data in a clear and concise way

Provide intermediaries between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders and ensure clear communication of project objectives, progress, and deliverables.

Risk analysis for software deployments with detailed mitigation plans

Training and support of team members

Market & Trend Analysis: Stay up to date on IT trends, including AI and RPA, to identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and effectiveness

MyParker/PHconnect administration and training for internal/external users

Overnight travel to remote locations to assist in the implementation of technical solutions as needed

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics, technical business administration, or a related field

2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Microsoft technologies, SAP, and Salesforce

Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Lean, Gantt, Conference Room Pilot, UAT, etc.)

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to mediate effectively between technical and non-technical teams, both internally and externally
