Responsibilities
Manages the maintenance department to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment
Manages the Total Preventative Maintenance to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines
Responsible for people management: goal setting, performance management, competency development, etc.
Manages & optimizes maintenance costs including spare parts inventory
Experience working with SAP
Experience using press brakes, robots, PLCs and automation equipment
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 35lbs
standing for 6 hours at one time
