Shift | 20 hours per week (between Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p). Can discuss availability. |
Job Summary | • Assist in the planning, organization, and administrative tasks for the Teaching Assistant Language Screenings. Tasks may include recruiting, interviewing, and hiring undergraduate representatives and recruiting and hiring ES representatives. • Plan and organize the New Graduate Student Orientation Resource Fair. • Develop and disseminate digital communications on the New Graduate Student Orientation to all incoming graduate students. • Assist in administrative and organizational tasks for the Teaching Assistant Orientation. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | The ideal candidate will have experience using Qualtrics, Zoom, and Microsoft Excel. They will be able to professionally communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including undergraduate students, graduate students, and campus offices. Should have high attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, be organized, self-motivated, and dependable. Should also be an effective and professional communicator with a demonstrated ability to craft clear and professional digital communications. |
