Job Summary

Lexington, SC based site construction company is seeking an Human Resources Manager/Office Manager. The candidate will be responsible for all Human Resources functions of the business as well as Benefits Administration duties. Office Manager portion of the job includes all usual and customary duties associated with the day to day running of the office as well as providing assistance to the President/Owner and other management personnel. Candidate should be self directed and able to work with little supervision. Experience with general insurance ; Workers Comp, commercial general liability is needed as well as experience in employee benefits and insurance. Construction background or similar experience is recommended.

Requirements

Good communication skills

Human Resources and Benefits Administration Experience

Knowledge of HR rules, regulations and policies

General knowledge of Insurance (property, liability, WC)

Supervision of admin staff

Recruiting experience

General computer skills and knowledge

Good organizational skills

Self starter

Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
