Experienced, Proficient Equipment Operator ? Heavy Civil Experienced, Proficient Equipment Operator for a multi-state Civil Construction Company with related entities located in Libby, Montana. - Works closely with the Superintendents, Foremen, and crew to operate heavy machinery relating to roadway, utilities, demolition, site projects, etc. - Operates various heavy earthmoving equipment for general site preparation, landscaping, snow removal, and related assignments. - Able to run grade utilizing GPS enabled equipment. - Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. - Infrequent labor when needed to help crew and project progress. - All other assignments as related to equipment operation. - Base Wage range: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour D.O.E - Additional hourly compensation for out of area work - Project specific jobs subject to Davis Bacon Wages - Benefit Package: - Premium shared Medical Insurance (Company pays 60% of employee premium; eligible 60 days post hire) - Dental/Vision Insurance (Eligible 60 days post hire) - Voluntary Life Insurance (Eligible 60 days post hire) - Retirement plan (Eligible 1 year post hire) - Paid Time Off Please send resume to: Human Resources c/o Elizabeth P.O.
