Fleck Manufacturing 2nd Shift Supervisor in Lima, Ohio
Shift: Monday -- Thursday 5pm -- 3:30am
Background:
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Perform duties directly related to production and finishing, including quality control/inspection
- Experience in maintenance of large machinery and equipment
- Ability to operate a forklift
Tasks:
- Produces finished goods as needed for customer orders and/or stock
- Holds line operators accountable for attendance and work performance
- Communicates with 1st shift supervisors on priorities for customer orders and/or stock
- Maintains equipment as needed; ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and breakdowns
- Prepare shipments as needed
- Participates in inventory controls as needed
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Be organized and self-motivated
- Adapt to rapidly changing priorities based on business needs
- Work independently within a team environment
- Follow established policies and procedures
