Job Details:?  Managers take an active role in the total management of a Little Caesars day-to-day operations. Assisting the General Manager with sales building, customer service, team building, and helping prepare our amazing pizza!  Management Requirements:?  A clean-cut image; a high school diploma or equivalent; at least 1-2 years of management experience in restaurant or retail preferred. Must be over 18 years old, possess a valid ID, and have reliable transportation. An ideal candidate is dependable, works well with others, has great communication skills, and can make the commute to the position. This position is 40-50 hours per week in a fun and fast-paced environment!  Responsibilities: 

• Cash management
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensures compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
• Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance
• Additional store manager duties as needed
