Elite Builders General Contracting, LLC Commercial Project Manager in Lima, Ohio
Elite Builders General Contracting LLC is growing and is looking to hire a full time COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER / ESTIMATOR. Our ideal candidate can oversee multiple projects from all aspects: design, estimating, owner selections, and execution. We're looking for a detail-oriented leader to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project

``` - Prepare material, labor, and equipment cost estimates for the product or service - Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors and managing their bids - Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for materials, labor, equipment and subcontractors - Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects - Oversee projects from beginning to end, while maintaining the budget - Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards - Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met
Qualifications:
- Strong construction knowledge
- Experience with preparing construction cost estimates
- Ability to communicate well with customers and be a representative of the company
- Proactive, flexible, team player who is comfortable working in a small company environment and taking on a leadership role
- Highly motivated, self-starter
