Cómo contribuirás
El puesto apoya la ejecución de proyectos de capital, y tú serás el responsable de la calidad de los resultados y la ejecución de proyectos utilizando los estándares y los procesos de negocio e innovación de Mondelēz en la gestión de estos. Ayudarás a definir y cumplir con la planificación técnica y de capital durante la fase de desarrollo de las inversiones de capital con los stakeholders a fin de ofrecer presupuestos precisos, planes y soluciones técnicas adecuadas y desarrollar el presupuesto de capital de acuerdo con el contrato y el flujo de efectivo previsto. También ayudarás a garantizar que los desarrollos y estándares de ingeniería correspondientes se implementen adecuadamente, y colaborarás con el desarrollo y la activación de procesos de vanguardia y estrategias de equipos para optimizar recursos, armonizar activos e implementar mejores prácticas.

Educación/ Titulaciones:
- Profesional en Ingeniería.
Requisitos específicos del puesto:
Experiencia en liderazgo y/o ejecución de proyectos.
Inglés intermedio.
Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft office y AutoCAD.
Manejo de contratistas y relacionamiento con stakeholders.
