About the role
Our Financial Accounting General Ledger team, composed of 8 people, is integrated in the Service Unit Financial Accounting department and focuses on transversal accounting topics in collaboration with Accounting Platform and Company Accounting Manager.
As a Financial Accounting General Ledger Trainee, you provide accounting support and participate in accounting operations. You will get the opportunity to contribute to monthly and quarterly closings and have a positive impact on Solvay Global Business Services.
You will be accountable for:
Support the Audit Coordinator for the Service Center Lisbon;
Guarantee an efficient internal communication to make sure the audit questions (PBC) are delivered
Secure the audit deadlines are met
Ensure the communication between Solvay and the Auditor
Support audit and accounting tasks
We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in accounting or in Management.
Prior internships in accounting are a plus.

Fluent in English
SAP knowledge is a plus
