International Lead Project Manager - Engineering Analytics in Lisle, Illinois

Join us in our R&D organization as a Lead Project Manager - Engineering Analytics!

The Atlas Team operates at the intersection of Analytics and Mechanical/Electrical/Software Engineering. We’re seeking a candidate who can think dynamically to help us continue building out our application ecosystem!

As a Lead Project Manager on the Atlas Team you’ll learn how our engineering organization works and help facilitate the scope and delivery of in-house software.

This position is a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lisle, IL.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with groups inside and outside Engineering to help document project scope, value, delivery plan and user feedback

  • Assist with “Planning Interval” coordination, working directly with the Atlas Team to help:

  • develop comprehensive project plans, including milestones and resource allocation

  • solve issues and remove roadblocks

  • keep all deliverables on track

  • communicate status updates

  • Help coordinate documentation and navigate the IT Gate process

  • Assist with process flow documentation

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 5 years of technical project/program management experience

OR

  • Master’s degree

  • At least 3 years of technical project/program management experience

OR

  • At least 7 years of technical project/program management experience

Additional Requirements

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
