Job Duties and Responsibilities

Business Objectives:

  • Customer Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention through a compelling loyalty program

  • Revenue Growth: Drive incremental revenue by identifying and leveraging new marketing channels and opportunities within the loyalty program

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure seamless collaboration with various departments including Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Retail to enhance program effectiveness

  • Performance Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of loyalty initiatives to optimize future strategies and tactics

  • Employee Advocacy: Develop and facilitate internal communications and training materials to ensure frontline agents and retail staff are well-versed and motivated by the loyalty program

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development:

  • Design and manage the overall loyalty program strategy to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty

  • Identify new opportunities and marketing channels to expand the program's reach and effectiveness

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and integration of loyalty initiatives

  • Campaign Management:

  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across direct mail, email, digital, and social media channels

  • Manage the testing, deployment, and performance analysis of marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with legal and regulatory standards

  • Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as enrollments, redemptions, customer satisfaction, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Present performance reports and actionable insights to senior management

  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine and optimize loyalty strategies and campaigns

  • Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and distribute training materials and activation guides for frontline agents and retail stores

  • Advocate for and facilitate internal communications to increase employee awareness and support for loyalty initiatives

  • Create and maintain store associate incentive programs to drive engagement and motivation

  • Project Management:

  • Maintain a detailed project list to track the status of loyalty projects, campaigns, and events

  • Ensure that all marketing efforts align with specific forecasts and business goals

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support campaign execution

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or loyalty program management

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Exceptional communication, writing, and copy-editing skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Comfortable receiving feedback and adapting quickly to changing business needs

  • Self-motivated, self-starter with a sense of urgency and high level of organization

  • Ability to exercise sound business judgment and handle confidential information with sensitivity

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
