Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop complex, multi-tier product and service catalog entities following DISH standards and best practices.
Create and present design documents for catalog configuration, including look and feel and configuration standards.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement new products, processes, and changes efficiently.
Provide end-user support, analyze and test catalog integrations, and assist with upgrades and enhancements.
Debug data configuration issues and supply business-requested catalog data insights.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
4+ years of implementation experience in Product and Service catalog configuration
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge of protocols such as JSON/XML/XSLT/REST
Preferred Skills:
Prior telecommunications knowledge
Prior experience with the Hansen Catalog
Basic AWS exposure
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $130,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
