Description
Our client is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Bank Teller to join their team. As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our bank, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently and accurately handling financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
Maintain and balance a cash drawer with a high level of accuracy
Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about bank products and services
Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
Resolve customer issues or refer them to the appropriate department
Assist with daily branch operations and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
Previous experience in customer service, cash handling, or banking preferred
Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency with computers and banking software
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
