As a Shipping Receiving Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our shipping and receiving department. You will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee all shipping and receiving activities
Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments and receipts
Maintain inventory accuracy and perform regular inventory counts
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, completeness, and condition
Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs paperwork
Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve shipping and receiving issues
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
Manage and organize warehouse space for optimal efficiency
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
The essential functions of this role include:
