Job Description
Insight Global is looking for Brand Ambassadors to join their clients at an annual thoroughbred horse race at the Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, MD. These ambassadors will interact with high-level VIP clientele and provide quality customer service. Responsibilities include:
Welcoming guests upon their arrival and directing/escorting them to their respective seats or areas.
Engaging with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout the event.
Working closely with the event planners and other staff to coordinate details and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Providing information and guidance to guests, answering questions as needed.
Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, serving as the face of the event.

Skills and Requirements
At least 2 consecutive years in a high level customer service role or executive assistant role
Pass a background check
Reliable transportation - Working knowledge of horse racing
Familiarity with Preakness null
