Responsibilities

  • Perform daily sales activities including face to face meetings, new business prospecting contracting & rate negotiations, attendance at trade shows & roadshows both domestically and internationally, participate in FAM trips and conduct regular site inspections to drive MICE & Group sales leads

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention

  • Maintain full and accurate knowledge of the competitive set, identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts in order to generate business. You will be a people person who is great at growing and maintaining long lasting relationships

  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities

  • Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns

· Achieves the monthly and annual personal target contributing to the Sales revenue.

  • Works closely with the Event Planning team to ensure continuity of client experience, and ability to maximise upselling

  • Strong negotiation & influencing skills

  • You excel in seizing market opportunities and generating revenue streams

  • You have great language and written skills in English

  • You are eligible to work in the United Kingdom

  • Experience in a similar role is essential
