Your opportunity

The Sr. Treasury & Investor Relations Analyst will work closely with members of the Treasury and Investor Relations teams to support various treasury and capital market activities, investor relations activities, and corporate finance items.

  • Engage in both short-term and medium-term cash forecasting, ensuring optimal cash positions and maximizing yields within established risk boundaries.

  • Support financial initiatives, including but not limited to capital allocation, credit facility arrangements, seed capital investments, and hedge programs, while ensuring adherence to treasury policies and procedures.

  • Uphold strong relationships with banking and financial service entities, closely monitor bank fees, and efficiently manage counterparty risks and inquiries.

  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business units to analyze and mitigate risks associated with global currency fluctuations.

  • Assist with quarterly earnings communications, including development of press releases and presentations, coordination of live events, and preparation of reports and analyses for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

  • Conduct thorough competitive and industry analyses to help inform strategic decision-making and enhance stakeholder communications.

  • Summarize research analyst communications and monitor consensus estimates to identify the drivers of movements and analyze potential implications compared to the external outlook of the Company’s business.

  • Maintain the Company’s Investor Relations website, ensuring consistency and accuracy in external communications.

    Must have skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent field

  • 2-5 years of previous business/financial experience in equity research, investment management, investor relations, treasury, or other relevant fields

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Good working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

  • Ability to work with minimal direction with proven analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills with the ability to manage several tasks concurrently

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make reasoned decisions both independently and in a consultative and collaborative environment

  • Must have a high degree of self-initiative with an ability to learn and tackle new challenges

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry

  • Certifications including CTP, CFA, CPA, or equivalent

  • Experience with FactSet, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and/or Morningstar Direct

  • Experience with dashboard reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)

  • Experience with evaluating and implementing treasury specific software
