What you will do as a Shift Leader - Housekeeping
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping colleagues during assigned shifts.
Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean and well-maintained according to hotel standards.
Assign duties to housekeeping colleagues and ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train new housekeeping colleagues on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Conduct inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
