Amazon Sr Product Marketing Manager, Blink in London, United Kingdom

Are you interested in being part of a high visibility, strategic team that is responsible for the international go-to-market strategy of Blink, one of Amazon’s fastest growing Device businesses?

We are looking for a commercially driven candidate that can thrive in fast-paced environments. The successful candidate will be the single-threaded owner of Blink’s regional product marketing, building out the vision and driving operational improvements both on Amazon, and via our Retail Channel Partners. This is a high visibility position, with regular exposure to Devices senior leadership, driving positioning of Blink products outside of North America.

A successful candidate will be a true owner with a self-starter mentality. They will navigate ambiguity to support our business partners, gathering insights and defining plans to delight Blink customers. The role requires deep analytics and understanding of competitive dynamics, alongside the skillset to build mechanisms to support the scale of our long-term business objectives.

Key job responsibilities

• Design and drive the vision for Blink International product marketing

• Develop the product marketing strategy for new products and Blink subscription plans

• Provide data-driven insights to influence Blink’s global roadmap and ensure fit with local customer needs

• Run test and learn experiments on Blink product pages to improve customer engagement and conversion, owning end-to-end reporting and leadership updates

• Act as an internal consultant to our partner teams on product positioning on Amazon and Retail Channel Partners

A day in the life

Joining the Blink International team at the very start of the journey, you will be given true ownership to define our product marketing strategy. You will define your own goals and be expected to deliver against them with autonomy. You will be part of a highly collaborative team, with a diverse range of experience and skillsets, ensuring you have the support and mentorship to thrive.

Blink was the result of one of the most successful crowdfunding campaigns ever and is now part of Amazon Devices, the consumer electronics division that brings you the Kindle, Fire Tablets, Fire TV, and Echo. Blink continues to experience a strong growth trajectory, with a culture that relishes its entrepreneurial start-up roots, while embracing Amazon’s scale and long-term thinking.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience in marketing or marketing research

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
