Job Summary

This Marketing Specialist role is responsible for the development, coordination, execution, and delivery of Spanish-language and segmented (e.g. movers and low-income segments) acquisition marketing creative across a variety of media channels. The right candidate is a self-motivated, independent thinker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously. This role is focused on the execution of digital, and offline (TV, print, Direct Mail, Email) marketing that drives customer acquisition and growth.

Responsibilities

Provide support in the development, execution, and implementation of General Market and Multicultural (primarily Spanish language) acquisition marketing deliverables, including traditional and digital assets. Implement acquisition plans to promote all offers on an audience segment-specific basis while ensuring all media is scheduled and delivered to meet deadlines. Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop engaging advertising, including copywriting, art direction and overall creative guidance in the following areas:

*Digital Channels - Manage the development of display, online video, and paid social media deliverables with creative services team and/or creative agency. Review all assets and provide feedback. Ensure assets are delivered on time and with accuracy. Traffic all deliverables to the media agency.
*Offline Channels - Manage development of print ads and printed promotional collateral with creative services team and/or creative agency. Coordinate the organizational aspects of TV & Radio creative development. Collaborate with Direct Mail agency on any Spanish-language or segment-specific initiatives.
*Create presentation materials, including campaign recaps. Maintain organizational documents, including status reports, timelines, and creative calendars.
*Attend status meetings with media team and media agency to ensure clarity on all tactics, specs, targeting and timelines to ensure alignment.
*Manage multiple projects with a high volume of deliverables
*Problem-solve when issues arise, bringing solutions to the table
*Manage tight timelines and meet all deadlines
*Provide quality control, including proofreading (for accuracy, grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.) in English and Spanish
*Interface with legal team to ensure tactics comply with legal requirements
*Traffic creative with accuracy (e.g. requesting, reviewing, and testing tracking URLs, filling out trafficking forms, providing clear direction to media agencies, following up on timing and approving preview links)

Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field
*Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, agency account/project management
*Multicultural (primarily Hispanic) experience is required
*Advanced Spanish language skills (writing, reading, and speaking) and knowledge of the US Hispanic/Latinx cultural experience; proven ability to communicate persuasively in Spanish
*A clear understanding of the nuances of advertising and design best practices.
*Exceptional project management skills with proven ability to perform simultaneous tasks at a high level of effectiveness under pressure in a fast-changing business environment
*Ability to monitor, interpret, and communicate metrics and performance
*Experience interfacing with creative agencies/vendors
*Strong cross-functional communication and teamwork skills

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $64,260.00-$105,570.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
